浅析营口港海铁联运发展对策

Abstract: 营口港是国家"一带一路"战略中唯一一个既在"带"上又在"路"上的港口,是中欧物流运输的重要枢纽港。在"一带一路"、东北振兴、中韩自贸区、供给侧改革等政策叠加带来的历史机遇下,针对"一带一路"政策下营口港海铁联运发展提出相关建设性建议。
