德宏水牛

In order to obtain the information about genetic differences and genetic relationships among Dehong buffalo,Murrah buffalo and their hybrid offspring at DNA level,the genetic variation of 80 individuals sampled from Dehong buffalo,Murrah buffalo and their hybrid offspring were assayed by RAPD with 11 primers selected from 70 random primers.
为了解德宏水牛、摩拉水牛及二者杂交后代之间的遗传差异,本研究采用随机扩增多态性DNA标记技术,从70个随机引物中筛选出11个多态性丰富的引物对德宏水牛、摩拉水牛及二者杂交后代共80个个体进行了遗传变异检测,结果11条引物共产生89种扩增片段,多态片段73条,多态率82。

Dehong buffalo are an indigenous buffalo breed in Yunnan province, China.
德宏水牛是云南省地方水牛的优良品种之一,为了进一步阐明其群体遗传变异和遗传结构,筛选了分别位于水牛14条染色体上的15对微卫星引物,对德宏水牛81个个体进行了检测分析。

Complete sequences of mtDNA Cytb gene from 29 samples in Dehong buffalo population were sequenced and analyzed.
通过对29头德宏水牛的细胞色素b基因(Cytb)全序列的测序和分析,发现Cytb基因全长1 140bp,共检测到了7种单倍型、14个核苷酸的多态位点,单倍型多样度(Hd)为0。

秀峰祥公之嗣。为人刚峭。不妄言笑。故有铁面之名于丛林。尝著法宝传三卷。乌巨行公为序冠其端。略曰。凡禅门正法眼藏皆见于传。有引以叙其机缘。有颂以显其宗要。学者览之。宗要明而机缘得矣。兹可见传之大概。然启霞介于天童．育王之间。衲子过门。必与勘验。一日。有僧称衡阳人。与师同里闬。侍者通谒。宏拽杖且行且语曰。不去参禅学道。来认乡人。讨个甚么。僧拟议。即以杖打出。其摄物类如此。院之山林深秀。有贵人卜葬所。亲迎柩至。宏坚卧其穴。不克丧事。郡守仇待制遣人谕之曰。千年常住一朝僧。长老何苦争耶。宏曰。不可以一朝僧坏千年常住。贵人亦贤者。善其言而改图。又行事类如此。宏虽缘不胜。而以千年常住为己任。足可羞结情固位者之颜矣。至于刚正之操。勤俭之德。挺挺有祖风烈。可谓大沩喆公之有孙也。
